My perfect evening is to read a good book, listen to some interesting news, talk or music on the radio, or to watch an interesting TV show or DVD.
Describe your perfect weekend.
My perfect weekend is sometimes going to the local Farmers' Market, spending time at the library, going out to see a good movie or spending time at a nice bookstore.
Do you believe in love at first sight?
I don't believe in love at first sight, since I believe that it is important for two people to get to know each other first. I also believe that a long-lasting relationship is based on trust, respect and friendship.
How many kids would you like to have?
I would like to have either no children or only one child.
How important is someone's physical appearance to you?
It is important to me, but a person's character and personality is even more important. It would be excellent if a person had both a good physical appearance and good character but if I had to choose I would choose the person with good character.
If you could have one super power, what would it be and why?
I'm too down to earth to think about magical powers:)
What is the purpose of marriage?
Marriage is very important to me and it isn't something to enter into lightly. Trust, respect and friendship are to me the things that are needed to make a marriage work. If all of those things aren't present then the marriage won't last.
What is the most important lesson that you've learned?
Having a high work ethic, respect for people and their property, and above all, belief and obedience to God.
What do your friends like about you most?
That I'm honest, respectful and cheerful.
What do your friends tease you about the most?
About how levelheaded that I am.
What gets on your nerves?
I don't have patience for laziness, whininess, a victim/entitlement mentality and meanness.
What is the most important thing in a relationship?
Trust, respect and friendship.
What's the best age to get married?
I believe that maturity not age should be when someone decides to marry. I've known people who were married in their late teens or early 20s and the marriages are still going strong. Other than that, other people should probably wait until their 30s.
What turns you off?
I don't have patience for laziness, whininess, a victim/entitlement mentality and meanness.
What turns you on?
I'm turned on by kindness, honesty and faith in God.
What do you hope to be doing five years from now?
I don't know since things can change for the better or worse. It would be a work in progress.
