There are many perfect evenings out there from checking out a new hidden gem to staying in and cooking at home with a bottle of wine or two.
Describe your perfect weekend.
I love weekend trips. Living in this area, it is not uncommon to take off a little early from work on a Friday and find yourself in Toronto or Chicago at a moments notice. And if you want to take an extra day off you can even do Montreal or somewhere further like Florida or the Caribbean. Keeping an eye on flight sales to anywhere you haven't checked out is fun too.
One place I love in the US that is not common is Newport Rhode Island. A long weekend in a lazy coast town eating some of the best seafood around is amazing.
Do you believe in love at first sight?
That is a tricky question. I have in the past. Let's save that for a personal conversation.
How many kids would you like to have?
If I am blessed with kids, 2 would be ideal. Luckily I have a couple amazing nieces.
How important is someone's physical appearance to you?
Who is it not important to? Of course two people need to have some physical attraction for each other, and everyones definition of that is different.
What is the purpose of marriage?
Marriage is great. Having dinner parties, going through bottles of wine with great food out a nice place with a group of your closest friends and family beats a night out at the bar any day.
What is the most important lesson that you've learned?
Ohhhh I have plenty, but if I wrote them all here, what would we talk about when we meet?
What do your friends like about you most?
I would like to think it is my openness, my humor, I like entertaining. This is a hard question!
What do your friends tease you about the most?
I can set myself up all the time. You'll have to meet them to find out.
What gets on your nerves?
Materialism. I do like nice things, and have nice things. I am a quality over quantity type person and in fact I have been trying to be more minimalist the past few years. But those that do not have some level of contentness with what they have been blessed with can be annoying. It's ok to want more, but don't let what you don't have ruin your day.
What is the most important thing in a relationship?
Love over all. Being a team, no matter what. Always supporting each other.
What's the best age to get married?
It's not about age, it's about finding the one. When you find them, whatever age you are is the best age.
What turns you off?
People that constantly have negative things to say about others.
What turns you on?
Women that are genuinely happy with themselves and life
What do you hope to be doing five years from now?
Not renewing my membership on this site.
