Physical fitness very great way to improve ure self leading u to much happier life in every aspect of it, in about between 6 month or no more then year i started training and on diet , i dropped my weight about (between 35 and 43 kg ) so: looking very much better younger , healthier ,different in physical and feature, better smile, happier, more confident .(In my experience in life and always by living my life : (always keep in faith, believe in youre self , never give up , or back down to any kind of any worries ,Obstacles ,challenges, problems what kind of they are : financial,sickness,marriage ,love,social life, job, work,career,or what kind of they are,appreciate grace and value of life and youre life ,help other people or even any creature on earth ,do good deeds as much as you can ,even making somoene smile will do or as possible [ you have no idea how much a good deed change ure life to better ,and makes you go to heaven ) Ill try adding more new pics when i have time -:) Ok about me: god fearing, love my religion same time open minded ، romantic ,loving ,caring,easy out going , very athletic ، family oriented ،well egucated and cheerfull ,have positive way of thinking and attitude ,cheerfull cool ,so much funn know to hold a conversation. well egucated ، social ,easy person to get along with,have great sence of humour ,cheerfull ، hard working man, family oriented, ambitious.
