What gets on your nerves?
Politicians using the same old phrases like a flock of sheep. Just by saying "going foward" at the start of a sentence does not make someone an enlightened businessman or politician. What's wrong with good old "in the future"?
What is the most important thing in a relationship?
Trust, love and sharing everything including domestic chores.

When you fall in love with someone!
