I am looking for a Muslim woman to get to know, marry, and love for life
I am a 23 year old man of mixed heritage. My mother is half french Canadian and half Irish. My father is Nigerian. I converted to Islam about 2 years ago and I am determined to find a woman that is passionate about Islam and ready for a commited relationship. How important is someone's physical appearance to you?
Physical appearance is not important to me. All that is important to me is that a woman tries to be neat and modest. Modesty is very important to me. I will not feel comfortable with a woman if I feel that she is trying to attract other men. Other than that, only a woman's character and spirituality is important to me.
If you could have one super power, what would it be and why?
Haha, Allah forbids witchcraft. Therefore, none, hahahaha. I am satisfied with the abilities Allah has given me.
What is the purpose of marriage?
I believe Marriage is extremely sacred to human beings and is the most important aspect of the family and society. I feel that nothing in worldly life is more important than the commitment of Marriage. Without the commitment of Marriage and a lifelong relationship, there can be no family and no values passed on to the children. I also believe that without value in commitment to the spouse, there will not be any happiness for an adult in worldly life.
What is the most important lesson that you've learned?
Life's best lesson's are see that without love for Allah and one's entire family, there will be no happiness in life.
What do your friends like about you most?
That I am very bold and not afraid to say my opinion.
What do your friends tease you about the most?
Hahahaha, I don't remember.
What gets on your nerves?
When people lie about their past and their intentions.
What is the most important thing in a relationship?
Commitment and Loyalty.
What's the best age to get married?
I think it varies from person to person, depending on how fast the person matures. Some people mature spiritually and in terms of family values faster than others while some are never mature enough to get married, for example, people who do drugs and cannot commit to their spouse. I would say in general, a person anywhere between the ages of 22 and 50 should be within the range that they would be mature enough but not too old to get married. :-)
What turns you off?
Someone who has past sexual relationships.
What turns you on?
A modest and spiritual woman.
What do you hope to be doing five years from now?
Sharing with my family. :-)
