1 . The site which displays World Singles' banners is heretofore known as the "Host".
2 . The computer user, who clicks on World Singles' banner, is heretofore know as the "IP".
3 . The host will receive commissions from World Singles as follows: 50% of every Platinum membership bought
5 . All accounts are paid by check and drawn on U.S. funds.
6 . Accounts totaling less than $150.00 will receive their World Singles payment when the account total reaches $150.00 and a request for payment is made.
7 . Only World Singles' records determine the amount of commissions paid.
8 . World Singles will terminate all accounts that are idle for one month, without prior notice.
9 . Only one account per organization.
10 . An unlimited amount of World Singles and World Singles sites banners and text links may be posted.
11 . Host may make their own banners for use with World Singles' program.
12 . World Singles' banners and text links are the only recognized links to our site. All blind links, other text links and/or any other misuse of hits are cause for immediate termination of the Host account. In such cases, World Singles will not pay for any commission listed for that Host site, and may be cause for legal action.
14 . World Singles text links can be used with any World Singles banners.
15 . Absolutely no spams on the search engines, news groups or mailing lists . Spamming will be cause for legal action. Furthermore, World Singles will not pay for any of the acquisitions listed on that Host site. 
No bulk mail, mass mail, unsolicited mail etc. Such actions will be cause for legal action. Furthermore, World Singles will not pay for any of the hits listed on that Host site.
16 . The Host will uphold the ethics of the Internet while hosting World Singles' banners and text links.
17 . Any acquisitions from URL's that contain or promote child porn, beastiality, warez, and password selling are strictly forbidden.
18 . A username and password will be needed to enter the protected URL's of a Host site.
19 . A username and password must be provided to World Singles upon request. Failure to provide the username and password within 72 hours will be reason for termination of the account; and any moneys may be forfeited.
20 . All Hosts must notify World Singles before any changes to or termination of their account.
21 . World Singles is not responsible for loss due to down times  because of complications with the hosting equipment or because of technical errors.
22 . World Singles reserves the right to terminate this program at any time, with 3 days notification. In such a case, the Host will be notified and paid for all commissions up to that time.
23 . World Singles has the right to terminate a host's agreement during the first 48 hours without any prior notification and without any of the above specified reasons.
24 . World Singles has the right to terminate a host's account at any time due to fraudulent activities. This termination is at the discretion of World Singles and is based upon the review of accounts each month and patterns of fraudulent free profiles and Webmaster acquisitions that may appear in this review. The Host understands and agrees termination of an account will result in the forfeit of all the Host's commission.
25 . In the case that World Singles believes that a Host has violated or acted inconsistently with the rules of World Singles or the intent of this Agreement, then World Singles has the right to terminate, at World Singles' sole discretion, that Host's account. The Host understands and agrees termination of an account will result in the forfeit of all the Host's commission.
26 . The Host understands and agrees that World Singles shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its rules and any decision it makes relating to termination of accounts shall be final and binding.
28. World Singles reserves the right to change this Agreement, and/or any part thereof, at any time. The Host understands the most recent version of this Agreement will be located on the World Singles web site.
